The Zeitholz wooden box comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect occurs during normal use, we will review the case and repair or replace the product at our discretion.

The warranty may cover material or workmanship defects in the wood, engraving errors, and hinge or closure malfunctions.

Damage caused by improper use, water contact, drops, scratches, or normal signs of wear is not covered by the warranty. If you have any questions or problems, you can contact our customer service team at any time.
