Our aim is to ensure that your Zeitholz watch arrives in perfect condition and stays with you for as long as possible. All watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that the watch proves defective under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge following assessment by Zeitholz. The Zeitholz warranty covers malfunctions or breakages of the following components:

• Dial: indices, logo and hands
• Clasp: attachment and closing mechanism

Damage caused by improper use, water ingress, scratches or comparable external damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions or problems, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

At Zeitholz, we pay attention to the details — from the design of the watch to the use of natural materials and packaging that uses paper and cardboard where possible.

Wood is a natural material with its own grain, colour and structure. This gives every Bergen watch its own individual character.
